部署およびポジションの概要

企業営業第六部では、在日外資系企業のお客様向けのサービスを中心に主として以下の営業活動を行っています。



・海外発のグローバル保険プログラムの日本証券に関する運用


・在日外資系企業に対するリスクマネジメント提案、及びそのソリューションの提供


・弊社海外オフィスとの連携によるグローバル保険プログラムの運用とリスクマネジメント提案


業務内容

・既存保険契約のメンテナンス、及び改善提案


・弊社海外オフィスとの連携によるグローバル保険プログラムの適正な運営


・大口顧客に対する 自然災害等のリスク分析（PML分析等）


・新規ビジネスの開発


・新規ビジネスパートナーとの業務提携の推進


・ニッチな分野の保険種目を含めたローカルプレースメント


・本国リスクマネージャーとの保険条件の交渉



応募資格（経験・スキル）


【必須条件】


・保険会社またはブローカー/エージェントにおける法人営業の経験


・お客様をはじめ社内外の関係者と良好な関係が築けるコミュニケーション（情報伝達）能力


・英語によるコミュニケーション能力（メールでのコミュニケーションはMUST）


・PCスキル：Excel（関数活用、グラフ作成、簡易的なマクロ作成等）、Word、PowerPoint（デザイン力の高い提案書の作成）


【歓迎条件】


・プロジェクト系分野における保険ビジネスの経験


・フランチャイズ系分野における保険ビジネスの経験

・自ら考え、行動できる方、セルフ スターター



勤務条件


・給与：経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定

・勤務地：東京23区

・勤務時間：9:00-17:00（休憩60分・実働7時間）フレックスタイム制、残業有　※残業代の付与条件は規定による

・待遇：賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等


・休日：完全週休2日制（土・日）、祝日、年末年始(12/30～1/3)年次有給、リフレッシュ休暇等
