In this role, you will:

Set the vision and strategy for architecture, platform, and software engineering, aligning with business goals and digital transformation priorities
Lead the design and execution of technology roadmaps, driving the adoption of emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex systems, ensuring quality, stability, and operational excellence
Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business leaders, connecting business needs with practical and innovative engineering solutions
Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of focus, agility, and collaboration
Promote continuous improvement, compliance with technology standards, and a strong bench of future technology leaders
Facilitate decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and manage stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
