We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to join our team specializing in Aftermarket Service in Lubin, Dolnoslaskie, Poland
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead overall branch performance, taking accountability for financial results, operational effectiveness, asset management, and achievement of the Annual Operating Plan.

Use financial and operational insights, including profit and loss, balanced scorecard, and asset metrics, to make timely decisions and drive sustainable business results.

Strengthen customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business by developing new partnerships, alliances, and market opportunities.

Champion an exceptional customer experience by building a customer-focused culture, monitoring feedback, and continuously improving service delivery.

Improve branch service performance by applying defined service processes, monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time, addressing recurring warranty issues, and implementing effective process improvements.

Build an engaged, inclusive, and high-performing team by attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining talent while establishing clear work plans and meaningful Individual Development Plans.

Champion a strong health, safety, and environmental culture by promoting positive behaviors, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and actively participating in audits and improvement initiatives.

Ensure the branch has the capabilities, capacity, facilities, tools, processes, and resources needed to meet customer expectations while supporting broader business priorities and corporate responsibility commitments.
