If you are an undergraduate IT student looking to jump start your career, we are offering a 13-month full time internship based at our Scoresby office. This is a unique opportunity to gain skills and knowledge while you are working full time commencing 27th January 2027. The primary objective for this role is to assist in the delivery of IT services and technical support of IT infrastructure operated by CBS IT in the South Pacific and Southeast Asia regions. This will be achieved by working with CBS IT teams responsible for networks, telephony, desktop and hardcopy services and by working directly with business and IT partners from various business units.
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Assist in the development, delivery, maintenance, and support of IT Infrastructure Services
- Support the generation and reporting of service delivery metrics (i.e., Scorecards, Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction or Net Promoter Scoring).
- Act as contact for customers for service-related inquiries and building of collaborative relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement of IT Infrastructure Services
- Build relationships with users, technical staff, and management to determine and resolve IT incidents and problems.
