Electronic Systems Product Advisor

We are looking for a talented Electronic Systems Product Advisor to join our Cummins Inc. team in Seattle, Washington.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic hardware systems for innovative hybrid mining applications from concept through validation.
Translate complex stakeholder and product requirements into robust technical solutions that improve system performance, quality, and reliability.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver integrated product solutions.
Optimize system architectures, controls, and calibration strategies to enhance product functionality and customer value.
Resolve complex technical challenges through structured root cause analysis, data-driven decision-making, and corrective actions.
Influence product architecture and design direction by leveraging systems thinking, modeling, simulation, and engineering expertise.
Mentor and develop junior engineers while providing technical leadership across projects and small working teams.
Improve engineering processes, tools, and development practices that support scalable, efficient, and high-quality product delivery.
