Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Senior Recruiter – Early Careers to join our Cummins Inc. team in Troy, MI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Drive full-cycle recruiting activities for student and early career talent, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
Build strong partnerships with Talent Scouts, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align talent strategies with business workforce needs.
Facilitate timely candidate assessments, selection decisions, and hiring outcomes while maintaining compliance with established recruiting standards.
Strengthen early talent pipelines by engaging candidates from campus programs, conferences, referrals, and other strategic sourcing channels.
Deliver a high-touch referral and candidate engagement experience that enhances employer brand perception and talent attraction efforts.
Maintain accurate recruiting data, reporting, and applicant tracking activities to enable informed decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Support compliance, governance, and audit requirements through timely dispositioning, process adherence, and recruiting documentation management.
Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives and Early Careers programs that improve talent acquisition outcomes and support long-term workforce planning.
