Senior Sales Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Project Manager to join our Cummins Inc. team in Shoreview, MN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Drive successful project execution by establishing clear scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and performance expectations.
Partner with global stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate activities and achieve program objectives.
Mitigate project risks by proactively identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining project continuity.
Optimize resource utilization to balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements across multiple initiatives.
Deliver actionable project insights through financial reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status communications.
Strengthen organizational effectiveness by coaching project teams, sharing best practices, and fostering collaboration across functions.
Ensure project accountability through disciplined documentation, governance, and stakeholder engagement that drives successful business outcomes.
