Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Talent Advisor - Southern Indiana to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent for critical business needs.
Develop strategic sourcing approaches that build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
Drive data-informed recruiting decisions through analysis of key performance metrics and market insights.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, government regulations, and hiring standards.
Coach and influence stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle to improve hiring effectiveness.
Strengthen Cummins’ employer brand by contributing to talent attraction and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance recruiting performance and candidate experience.
