Job Summary: Provides metrology and calibration engineering support to customers and lab staff. Develops processes and systems in the application of the science of measurement.
Key Responsibilities
Designs and develops measurement processes, methods, and procedures. Performs Measurement Systems Analysis using the principles of traceability and analysis of accuracy and precision requirements. Employs statistics to analyze calibration and testing processes, and interprets results.
Provides general consultation on metrology issues. Supports the development and execution of capability studies. Provides technical training on calibration processes and procedures.
