Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment and may instruct or coach others.

We are looking for a talented Production Associate - Sub Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in (Commerce City, CO (Henderson)).
 

Will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assemble High Horsepower (HHP) engines from long block status to complete running engines
  • Utilize hand tools, precision measuring devices, torque tools, cranes, and engine-specific tooling throughout the build process
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and meet production, quality, and safety standards
  • Perform quality inspections and accurately document the build process using required paperwork
  • Support continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist in identifying equipment requiring repair
  • Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures
