2nd Shift Electrician - Level III

We are looking for a talented 2nd Shift Electrician – Level III to join our Cummins Inc. team in Mineral Point, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical system issues to maximize equipment uptime.
Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.
Analyzing equipment failures and support root cause identification to reduce downtime
Execute preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment performance and longevity.
Interpret schematics and technical documentation to deliver precise, high-quality work.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
Coach and guide team members, strengthening overall technical capability on the floor.
