Position Summary

The Straumann Group is seeking a dedicated Materials Planner Buyer to develop its manufacturing campus in the Minhang district of Shanghai, China. This role is responsible for production related materials planning and purchasing; ordering process execution, Inventory control, materials shortage tracking and supplier performance tracking to ensure the production related materials on-time delivery. 

士卓曼集团为其位于上海闵行的工厂寻求物料计划采购员一职。该职位主要负责生产相关物料的计划和采购，采购订单的执行，库存控制，缺料跟踪以及供应商管理以保证生产相关物料的交付及时性。

This position bases in Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Production & Materials Planning Supervisor.

该职位工作地址位于上海闵行，直接向生产及物料计划主管汇报。

Job Responsibilities

• Production related materials (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, tools, spare parts, etc) planning and purchasing, keep track and trace the materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery. 

负责生产相关物料（包括但不限于原材料，包装材料，化学品，工具，备品备件）的计划与采购，跟踪原材料的缺料情况，确保供应商的交付及时性。

• Execute the ordering process, convert the PR to PO in SAP, generate the PO and modify PO in case of exceptions, send the PO to suppliers with necessary PLM documents or QMS requirements. 

根据规定执行订单流程，在SAP系统中将采购需求转换成采购订单，生成采购订单并在出现异常时修改采购订单，将采购订单发送给供应商，在有需要时随附PLM文件或QMS要求。 

• Highlight shortage Risk and work with Master production Planner to make sure produce smooth. Propose planning changes to supervisors and management.

预警短缺风险，并与主生产计划员协作确保生产顺畅。向主管提出计划调整建议。

• Inventory control according to Company Target, follow up and handle the obsolete and expired materials working together with QA, Procurement and suppliers.  

根据公司目标控制库存，与质量，采购和供应商合作处理超期和报废的材料。

• Premium Freight Control.

控制加急运费。

• Verify receipts and invoice, provide to finance for payments

核对收货单和发票，提交财务部门进行付款

• Evaluate supplier performance. Expedite Suppliers and record Supplier score card. 

评估供应商绩效。督促供应商履约并记录供应商评分卡

• Abide by and be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position. 

根据公司要求遵守并执行相关的环境，健康和安全规定。

• Other duties as may be assigned by line manager. 

直线经理分配的其他职责。

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5years experience in planner buyer role in Medical Devices manufacture environment is preferred. Cutting tool experience is preferred
• 4-5年医疗器械制造行业物料计划采购经验。有切削工具相关经验者优先.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree. 
• 本科学历。
• Fluent English in oral & written. 
• 具备书写和可沟通的口语英语能力。
• Familiar with SAP MM module and MS-Office.
• 可熟练应用SAP MM 模块和MS-Office。 
• Hands-on, communicative, well demonstrated as a quick learner and team player. 
• 积极主动，善于沟通，具有快速学习能力和团队合作精神。
