What you will be doing:
As the HR Delivery Program Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of HR Delivery programs and cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen how HR work gets done, improve employee and leader experience, and provide the operational visibility that supports informed decisions.
Lead the planning, execution, and governance of HR Delivery programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain the annual HR operating calendar, project plans, implementation roadmaps, playbooks, dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate cross-functional work across HR Delivery, HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, business leaders, and external vendors to maintain alignment and accountability.
Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery commitments; develop mitigation plans as needed.
Prepare executive presentations, leadership briefings, business reviews, communications, program updates, meeting agendas, decision documentation, and action tracking.
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve HR processes, service delivery, employee experience, and change initiatives.
